If you have an eBook reader that does not have WiFi then you will not be able to use the hyper-links in this publication. If you have an eBook reader that does have WiFi then you will providing you are in a WiFi zone. But if you have a Kindle 3G then yes, but only to Amazon, and there is not a lot of ATV material on their site. Smart phone reading apps are ok providing that you have a 3/4G data connection.
